Circle launches nanopayments test for AI agents

Circle has launched nanopayments in testnet, an infrastructure for AI agent micropayments that allows transfers as low as $0.000001 in USDC without gas fees by batching multiple small transactions into one blockchain transaction. The solution works across all EVM networks, supports the x402 standard, and has launch partner OpenMind.
