Tennessee Bitcoin Reserve Act advances

Tennessee's Strategic Bitcoin Reserve Act has been recommended for passage and referred to the Finance, Ways, and Means Committee. If passed, the bill would allow the state treasurer to allocate up to 10% of public funds into Bitcoin.
